Help every step of the way

We are here to help you every step of the way, from finding your dream home to making sure that when you move in, everything is perfect.

Our friendly and experienced sales team are on hand to help you every step of the way. They can provide you with all the information which will assist you through the first stages of buying your home. This includes regular progress reports on construction work, legal completion and your all-important move in dates.

Once contracts/missives are exchanged we will arrange for a
demonstration in your new home, so that you can be fully acquainted with all its features. We will provide you with a useful handover pack, which will also help you to get to know your new home.

Before Moving In

Our sales executives are here to provide you with lots of helpful advice on what you need to do before moving into your new home. This includes information on contacting your solicitor, informing utility companies and removal arrangements. So, if you have any questions or need advice on a particular matter, do not hesitate to give them a call.

After care and advice

Once you have settled into your new home you will receive a
courtesy visit from us in the first week.You will be visited by the site manager who will make sure you have no issues with your new property.

Following these visits and on the completion of any teething problems noted by you, you will then be handed over to our customer care department, who will deal with any issues you may have with your home thereafter.


At Parklands we endeavour to ensure that your home is finished to the very highest standard. In the event that you have any teething problems with your new property both our excellent customer care and repair team will be on hand to resolve any issues promptly.


We take our customer care very seriously and our team are always here to help. Our customer care department will stay in regular touch for the first month of you moving in to your property. You will be provided with contact details for the department which will allow you to report any problems or difficulties you encounter. Should you have any complaints, our team will endeavor to deal with them quickly and efficiently.
